Style Icon: Cara Delevingne

British model, Cara Delevingne, would tell you that she loves playing the drums, and that she loves eyebrows too  (via her official twitter page) – and it’s no wonder… because she has some of the fiercest eyebrows in the fashion industry right now. We’ve compiled a few of our favorite shots so that Cara can become your style icon too.

She knows her craft, and she does it well. However, that doesn’t mean that she’s all work and no play!

I’m just going to leave this here for your speculation:

I don’t like spiders, but I’d take the man

I pulled on my blood red velvet leggings, an old black tank top that used to belong to my dad, laced up my combat boots, and stuck a turband around my head before heading to the midnight premiere of The Amazing Spiderman in 3D. Now, I’m pretty nerdy and love a good action movie, especially when it comes to Marvel’s superheros, so I thought this movie was, indeed, amazing.

I’ve spent all of these years being a Batman lover, but this movie unleashed a love for Spiderman I didn’t even know I had. By far, this was the best Spiderman movie I have seen. In fact, I think this was the best lone superhero movie I’ve seen (not including The Avengers of course.)

Emma Stone, known best for being the red headed bombshell in a handful of popular comedies, played Peter Parker’s love interest, Gwen. She did a great job… like always. If you weren’t planning on seeing this movie, you should change your mind. Besides, buttery popcorn mixed with two hotties on the big screen, what’s not to like?

Here are some images from her latest editorial with Vogue.

Personally, I love the feminine look on her. But, if you want to see the natural face, menswear pictures, just click here.

What did you think of The Amazing Spiderman?

Happy 4th of July!!!

xoxo

Sex, Drugs, and… Tom Cruise?

When W magazine arrived, I instantly thought “Now that’s a sexy cover.” After giving it a better look I realized that the tatted stud gracing the cover was none other than Tom Cruise. I am still trying to determine how I feel about this.

Cruise is sporting black nails, eyeliner, and a longer hair style for his upcoming movie Rock of Ages. This is a musical, and he’s been working on his vocals and sexuality for his role as rocker Stacee Jaxx.

He’s turning 50 this July. He doesn’t look his age, and he sure isn’t acting it either. It’s kind of odd to see him posing with younger, nearly nude models. I’m questioning whether or not he’ll be able to pull off the rock star role. He doesn’t scream “sex, drugs, and rock ‘n’ roll” to me.

What do you think of Cruise’s new look? Are you going to see Rock of Ages? Leave us your opinions in a comment

Some Vogue for your day

It’s been raining non stop these past few days. Although we are longing for some spring weather, we’re glad that California is actually experiencing a bit of winter. Finally! We’ll have tons of pretty flowers blooming when the weather warms, so that’s a definite plus.

To keep our minds from the pouring rain, and from the cute fashion we’re covering up with big, bulky jackets, here’s a fun editorial from Vogue Taiwan that we think is pretty neat!

Edgy fashion with bright colors, distressed denim, funky prints, and big hair???

Count us in!!!
